Okey so when i saw that topic called Mystery Box this idea came through my mind:-
why don't we add a new box to the drops (purple box as an example) that box is mysterious box it can be a shield it can be a body part or a gun etc. it can be anything.

I don't see the point of not knowing what you're going to get from a drop, unless there is a chance of getting some other part that's worth more, like +4 (although not +4. That was just an example. +4 should stay hard to get...)
This is a horribly dumb suggestion unless used as a base for more.
Sorry, but is it really worth the hours of time we'd have to put into this?

i know that you realize how unimportant you are to the community but does that mean you have to make assumptions that 'the pros' will back each other up on everything? z's idea is 110000x better than this one, his is like a lottery whereas this one is just "you might get a shit box or you might get a shit box and your chance of getting a +5 is 0.000001%"

If I understand your post right you just contradicted yourself. You said Z's idea is like a lottery, well a lottery is basically what you said you might get shit from it or you might get something good from it, it all varies so both of their idea's are basically the same because they are both lotteries.

ones drops, ones paid for, i implied the one you pay for is the lottery (or maybe a raffle) cuz u pay for a random prize. this is just a random drop that you can already tell what it'll likely be, cuz at best it'll be a +5 drop
That's true too, just make both of them have to be paid for ? Combine both of them instead of having it in the shop just to buy. You make it kinda like a skill pack you purchase it and you have a certain number of games where you have a CHANCE of getting a mystery box. You may be lucky and get it several times within a 100 game pack purchase or you may be unlucky and not get it at all. There problem solved and both suggestions combined lol.
Or just pull a RF, and you have to buy a key to unlock it. ::)
