Hello, what operating system are you running?
(Try right clicking on the game launcher (bout.exe) in the folder "C:\Zylon Gaming\BoutCheetah\" or wherever you installed the client to, then click on properties, compatibility, and chose Run this program in compatibility for windows XP.
If that doesn't work, try upgrading direct X to the newest version available by clicking Here (http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/1/1718CCC4-6315-4D8E-9543-8E28A4E18C4C/dxwebsetup.exe).
You can also try upgrading your video driver.
Another thing you can try is checking if your video card driver has gone (usually the memory becomes corrupt when a video card has died, which causes video ram to not store images properly) bad by playing another game to see if graphics are messing up aswell.

Intel graphics is the only cause to blurry text like this. Just change the intel graphics performance slider, in your intel graphics control panel, to quality rather than performance.
