I've PM'ed Santa about this several times, but he won't answer. Basically, I left the game for awhile came back about a month ago. I know the account information for one of my bots, but not for the other two. I usually use IE, and I was surprised that i was still logged into this account on Chrome, one of the two accounts I'm trying to get back the password of. I haven't logged out of this account, and I can't create a new password without knowing my old one. This should be enough proof that I'm the owner of this account.
The other account I need the password for; Santa had helped me recover the account once before, and this was his PM, for proof, this is what he said:

I had changed the pass long ago, but I left the game and forgot it again. Help please!
