Is the +5 too cheap or the +7 too expensive?

Also, how much is a Halloween Surge set?

i have 2 lvl198 +7 sets but i wont lie, they dont Worth that much nowadays. With the Hacken Ruins lvl197 +6 drops their price decreased considerably. Just dont know how much i would say they Worth tbh... maybe 110-130m
