I like it, background looks good, the red parts however could be placed on another blendmode to make them less outstanding but it looks good both ways. Only thing that really distracts me is the text, it stands out to much, if you are able to try to blend it or reduce the stroke, the blue text is another color then the blue in the background.
Overall gj if northpole was my guild would use it.
