Title: Is this scamming?

Brief Background:
1) Sz wants to buy my R EF, offers 220K Coins + 5M
2) I ask for 230K Coins + 5M
3) Sz asks to do 225k Coins + 5M
4) I tell him I am firm on 230K Coins + 5M
5) Sz says I am scamming him...

Purpose of topic: Is this what scamming is?

It's not scamming.You guys were just negotiating a price and he was upset he wasn't getting it his way. :3
