Sometimes when you couldnt go on with your computer, or if you are out, than you can simply chat with people in the forum by logging on with your phone. It will be much better if someone could make an application called BC chat or something :D
The game isn't big in enough for such an application and also most phones allow you to visit the website.

than maybe just make chatting session in the BC homepage so that users can chat with each other whereever they are
Where did the app on the forums that let you talk in the lobby go? That worked on some phones I think, but it's been removed.
I and a few others have suggested a shoutbox on the forums but this was denied.
Creating an application that would allow you to chat for such a small company (no offense) would be a waste of time because it wouldn't be used that much and i rather have the admins focus on something more important for the game.
If they could hire a programmer who could make this it would be another story and that might actually be a good idea but i doubt it would be worth the money because they won't make any profit with this (i am not going to pay for a chat function on my phone)

I know people from the company I make posters for, they can do it and probly for free ;)
