Title: New Skill Slot 'Gun Skill'

Make it so there is a 3rd skill slot for 'gun skills'.

These would all be skills that only effect your gun.

Some examples:

Frost Ammo-  your shots slow the target by 35% if hit (Bombz idea)
Double Bullet - your gun shoots 2 bullets at once for more power but faster ammo use
Better Reload - your gun reloads more ammo then normal from each reload picked up
Charge Up - you can hold your shot for a few seconds as it 'powers up' and then when you release it, the bullet will do much more damage. If you don't charge up its just like normal.
Static Shock - your bullets have a chance to damage other nearby targets if it hits a target in a crowd (the other targets would not fall down though).
Full Auto - you can hold down the shoot buttons and your gun will continuously fire

some guns would not be compatible with certain skills though. my idea is to classify each gun as a different 'class' (A, B , C, etc) and each skills will show which classes its compatible with when you hover over it. for example triple beam couldn't use double bullet.


EDIT:  other idea - make it so u have to sacrifice your passive skill to use a gun skill

maybe some gunpacks are highly prized but they are perm packs and drops very rarely from 239 or new map maybe and normal gunpacks sell low in the shop

these skills are for any gun so it wouldn't make dark meto any better then it already is compared to the other guns

im sure we could find a way to balance the skills so its not too OP.  some of the skills could be not allowed to be used with dark meto, like the max reload one

or perhaps there could be a passive skill that allows you to choose from the different gun skills, so u have to sacrifice a passive skill to use one of them  (I added this idea to first post).

full auto would not be OP. it doesn't make the gun shoot any faster it just makes it continuously fire 1 after the other while holding down the buttons

Then that's completely pointless and useless. We might as well just push the buttons ourselves and the speed will be more or less the same.

Sure, but I wouldn't even waste 100 gigas on something as crappy as this. Not even worth being added to the game.

Depends on the amount of damage reduced and how much ammo it wastes per use.

Kow's hp is not that bad, besides he is supposed to be strong, not a 5 hit fodder mob.  ::)

freezing mobs sounds awesome for 235 raid.

If they were balanced properly I think it could be a good idea. Would bring more sector/PvP/BvB strategy to the game which would be cool.;)

yes and i think there should be a thing where you can charge the frost ammo and freeze the opponent for 3 seconds 8)

full auto would not be overpowered, I already explained what it would do on this thread. it just makes it so you don't have to spam the buttons, you can just hold them down

and why do u say that about double bullet? I think it would be balanced.. it would just fire 2 shots at once. maybe one right after the other.. or it could be 2 bullets in the form of one for double damage. either way, you would still do the same amount of damage if you hit all of your shots. if you have double bullet each of your shots would use 2 ammo, so it wouldn't be overpowered in my opinion.

I understood double bullet as 2 shots in one, which would make surge gun damage stupidly good. Even if it's one right after the other, it still makes gun dmg vs trans pretty damn high, but it's not as bad and would be more reasonable imo.

Also I didn't read the whole thread, guess I should've though. If full auto would be the same speed as normal then I don't have a problem with it, but it wouldn't be worth replacing a passive in any situation.

maybe as part of full auto, you could be able to turn while firing similar to the passive that lets you turn while blocking
