The surge model files start with "az".
Maybe it corresponds to that head somehow?
Anyways I'd like to see it as an event item.
why is this not in suggestions?

it's not a real item. it might have been an item in development? maybe, but it never got made.
maybe someday when we're better at models we'll make it on our own. we got one step closer with this event.
the fact the real eye of the head is in what would be the mouth disturbs me lots
