I am level 100 and i don't know at which level can i get items (body, arms, head etc.). Can someone tell me?

I'm still doing lvl 121 and 126, but i'm still geting only arm parts and guns.... I need to make it on hard or on medium or what can i do? I bought the lucky E.F. , but i'm still geting only arm parts and guns... What can i do?

Blue box = Shields, Shoulders (Arm parts)
Brown box = Minibots, Guns
Red box = Body, Head, Arm.
