For me Max is good GM and he's pretty good guy.
He's growing on me. First i was a little skeptical but now he's doing a fine job.

I've only experienced him doing a good job. Just a couple mistakes here and there, nothing serious...
u cant tell how good a staff member is from what u see in public
u don't know how many hackers they reported, how many bans/unbans they are responsible for, how much they help out, or how many mistakes they make etc
im not saying max is a good or bad GM, im just saying that u guys really have no idea what goes on with staff
