Title: new anti-virus

my kaspersky license expired. so i downloaded avg. do i have to uninstall kaspersky or do something to "unable" it so it wont conflict with avg?

idk. maybe uninstall kaspersky first and download avg
if it doesnt work i suggest using avira i use it

Do what i do, download a trial of eset nod32, renew every month by way of a new email.

AVG isn't that good anymore in fact no Anti-Virus is good anymore they have all this shit you don't need pisses me off and takes up all your ram to run it..

Takes up all yout ram? You need more ram if you can't run an antivirus. I know a few are ram hoggers but not that much.

My ANtivirus is "Malware bytes" I got the keygen if ur intrested....  ;)  ;)

I'll be honest, no Anti-Virus software even keeps you 90% safe anymore. There's new viruses created every what, 10 seconds or something crazy. But personally, I use Webroot as it not only updates every 2-3 days, but it also deletes processes in the Task Manager that are or could be dangerous (Keyloggers, Botnets, etc). (33 processes running after the sweep. 60 before the sweep).

I'm not sure if it's the specific type of Webroot anti-virus that I bought, but that's a lot to ask for in any program.
