Why do BOUT gives coins in the sector??? Is this created by purpose??? Or because it was created by...BZZZT (FORGET it) ought.. I'm Confused please tell me why!!! some body.. please..?

Sector giving coins was created to give everyone a fair advantage so that not only the rich and the people who could spend their money online can by stats.
