No, from other players ingame, its an average of the prices... ive just been told by a GM, that Jack is 200m MAX and DSE is 300m MAX. I either intend to wear them or sell them at full value.
A GM saying it means as much as a regular player selling it. Good luck selling the Jack at that price, there's a few shops selling it much cheaper. =/
