I tried to do an abstract smudge, but I couldn't find the blur with my super cool russian ps

you blur by going to filter>blur (blurs the whole image) and erase unwanted parts
or you can blur manually using blur tool

the darkblue parts on the render really kill the sig because it doesn't match with the other colours.
i do like this smudge style but your color choice could've been better.

I know it's there, but the problem is I don't have it..
