idk that the dictionary would really be accurate in comparison to how the rule is enforced with something as broad as 'drama'. If you took 50 forums and they each had a no drama rule I am sure they would all enforce it differently since it generally goes by a unique case-by-case basis. Its like saying 'google power abuse'. It doesn't really tell the person much.
