yes but there are many other items to get high speed
I feel like trans defense is harder to get so giving people an easy way to get a lot wouldn't be right

I don't want to give not-patches a method of capping. TD has been nerfed time and time again to ensure this.

by full i mean it does 0 attack on you so why would we need a TD ef?
