if you have a full inventory and decide to empty some spaces onto market place and do not go to the shop before entering another sector mode, if you try collect any box's then it will say full inventory, when you have space. (for example, i put my whole inventory into the marketplace went into a game and couldn't pick anything up as it said i was full, just to double check i left my room went into the shop and i had nothing in my inventory.)

Old bug. Just log out and in or take something out of staff/buy from shop before you go into a game.
I think what nanak means is 'stash' not staff
and yes he is right this is an old bug
when u take things out or put things into market.. it does not register the change until u go to the shop and equip/unequip something, or log out and back in
