Title: Who was the person that told me to deadlift ?

Ty alot , it made me mutch stronger . And it gives you a good balance !

I just reached 70kg deadlift , and i started squatting again it's 60kg lol xD But i do all legg exercises and than i do my squats

btw firey start with ur biggest exercise just like u start working out ur biggest muscle
so squat first then any other leg exercise after
same thing goes with back and chest

Do you use a safety belt for your back ? And how is your bench press /Dumble press ? I do max 85kg bench press 6x and 36kg dumble press 6 - 7 x

nope, i dont
i suck at bench press. im only at like 75 kg or someshit

i suck at bench press. im only at like 75 kg or some****

I bet whit my bro i would do this summer 40kg dumble press and in november 100kg benchpress..
