To be honest, yes he was annoying but he did follow the rules and posted all his spam in the spam section. Like if we don't want spam then just take it out of forums, but he is harmless and just wanted to fit in with everyone and be funny. Feed the guy a bone and give him a chance.

Agreed. BUT, what if you Mute him so he cannot post/pm etc but can view forums and use marketplace? After that, if he messes up again, it's perm ban.
We agreed on that last time.
