Never such a thing as too much blood;).
I watched a video on surgery today.... So yes there is such thing as to much blood because it was nasty.
When I applied for staff, it started at the beginning for the month and the apps were to be done by the 20th. Then it was said they will have been done choosing by the end of the month. On July 6th is when they actually posted the new staff members.
Give 'em some time. This shouldn't be a quick decision to make.

It's already decided (sorta), just arguing in high staff about it.
