Don't take it personally, as you've been doing it ALOT longer then i have... just something seems off?, perhaps the lighting?.. can't pick it out. But does look sweet for a smudge;)
ya some unnecessary lighting in a few places but it's cool looking kind of I guess maybe

flow looks ok , the smudging is just too strong
no comment on the txt its not bad but not amazing
in comparison to your blue ezreal smudge sig this is really bad tbh
keep experimenting tho , smudge has a lot of techs
