Does someone know how to changhe the language in Adobe Photoshop 6.0 (not cs6) to English?

I speak dutch not english but if it is english it is easier to work with it with all the tuturials on yt etc... and I can't sell it and buy another one again and if its from google you mostly got a portable version, i already tried it but it isn't good it doesn't save images

i downloaded it from google and it's fine
