I asked Angrod and he wanted to help me, I asked Ian and he wanted to help.
Just the problem is my PS isn't in English, it's in Dutch.
Probly just Ian can understand what the words mean .. Thats why I am trien to figure out how to get it in english because I bought the version in Dutch

Wrong community? Hohoho thats where you're wrong.

I can't really put a guide but there are many of ways. The way I do it is create a new layer, increase the brush size and put a soft brush (0% hardness) halfway on the sig, that adds a light source. You can also use fractals to add light effects. Pen tool as well. You can also google tutorials as well.

in addiction to that you can play with layer modes and different colors of the light source
