You can try this (http://boutcheetah.zylongaming.com/index.php?topic=2911.0). Try substituting the GIMP part with the Photoshop parts, besides that I'm not sure what you can do.

Save the ba files as jpg/png using gimp. Edit them via Photoshop then rename them as a ba.
