I was doing lv221 in raid & suddenly this circle came up and it started moving to random places but after a minute it went away.

i thought it was just the lighting on the map

Looks like the shadow of the turret or another big mob, if you're playing with Koreans you may have been experiencing the turret moving but were unable to see it.

Orrr it because of the game fking it up, and increasing the size over time instead of slowly making the shadow smaller over time when you push a mob. Well, that Grade probably did not "fall" in the end, but it "lag fell," then "re-appeared" (causing the shadow inc), thus causing the effect in the pic.  ::)
