There are people like this in almost every company ::) not just McDonalds. I've applied to places and seen the people they chose over me previously and my first impression of them was they were as dumb or as lazy as a rock.
One of my friends works at McD's and has a 3.8 in college which is really tough for being a 6th year in university, it wears you down and makes you look unapproachable and I learned a lot about not judging people at a glance this way.
Just develop and practise your personal skills, it'll come in handy for your whole career, instead of clicking a add for a thousand times to get $5.

It's funny because never have I seen a combination of Pein, Noblem, Communist, Serj online at once nor have one another replied to each others respective threads despite the fact that you're all basically pin point neighbors in the same exact city inside India and have the same exact writing and response style ::)
