well its got rpg elements like you can customize your character, and you equip gear in all your slots like head, chest, legs, primary weapon, special weapon, etc the gear has different stats like strength intellect discipline etc there is also 3 classes and abilities you can upgrade as your character levels up and some where you have to pick which ability you want. there are factions in the game and also reputation as well.
when you beat missions or kill enemies you can get loot and there is also quests (called bountys) which reward you extra stuff. there is raids too but they are called strikes and you fight with 2 others to beat the hardest missions and bosses. there is different rarity of gear normal uncommon rare legendary and exotic.
so ya in those ways its def got rpg elements while is obviously a shooter. also when u play online you use the same gear you have offline and so the modes feel connected. in online you can get good loot too if you do really good in a match, and you can use that offline too.

False if you want a console that will do everything you want/need then get for ps4. Graphics are amazing and the game quality is sick.

Hmmm, ha. Well i'm going into town on my next friday off as apparently argos by me as selling a two game bundle destiny and watch dogs brand new both for 60. So i want to check this out xd.
