I have been workoing out for 2 years , i just realised i didn't do cardio once in the gym.
So tomorrow i wil run before i go to school and that wil be att 5:00 .
I wil eat after i have ran. Any tips or ?
if you work out already im assuming you have muscle.
cardio kills gains..just eat more than you usually do and run. That way you'll get cardio and won't lose any mass. (Unless you want to lose weight)
hahahaha. Cardio->burns excess calories, if you don't have excess calories: cardio->burns muscle. like what poke said, adjust your diet to your goal. dietary needs are different for everyone, but yeah. this isn't even scratching the surface but i feel like going to bed.

yeah im pissed off, i run 5 - 10 miles everyday in the morning. just dont eat in the morning. you have to take a dump in the morning or you will legit feel the shit boucne up and down.
