I tried my email and it wont work and I tried my questions and it syas option not available

I know any and all info of the acc I was wanting to play now that I got my new PC but I cant figure my pass

Verified that are OG Headstrong and it's your account. It says that you're online on the forums. Don't know if you found your pass or if Kenny/Allie is looking into it.
