These lines can be placed on the signature by:
View >> New Guide
Choose Horizontal
Type '33%' (it has '0 in' already there, just replace it with '33%')
View >> New Guide
Choose Horizontal
Type '66%'
Repeat this process, only choose Vertical rather than Horizontal.
