Title: Is +5 Dark Surge and Electra possible?

I've seen Electra or Dark Surge ++ Drops in sector but what is a +5 Electra or Dark Surge called? Electra +++++ or just Electra +5?
If it's possible i would like to know the stats of a +5 Electra set. I know I've asked for the ++ set's stats but i meant +5 :( Sorry.

It's called ++. They come in (), (+), and (++)

If it's two +'s how come I've seen Allie and Sniper with Electra parts that are flashing like +5?

++ flashes like +5 >.> i have it to. so do most level 200's.
