Hiddenware is considered hacking and is strictly against the rules
Hiddenware is defined as swapping the files of the models in any way other than simply changing the skin interface.
This means changing the shape of the merc into YamiKen by swapping the model file changes variables in your client giving you an advantage over other players.
To you, Sharps appears as a YamiKen, to others, it appears as Sharps.
However, as it's controlled by yourself, it acts as if it's a YamiKen.
Plain and simple, hiddenware will get you a ban.
