Title: Need guild tag and userbars

OpticRebels ( me and insaniitys guild ) Needs Userbars and a banner. We want the User bar to be like any other but cool saying
OpticRebels - Member
OpticRebels - Leader OpticRebels- Co-Founder OpticRebels- Co-Leader OpticRebels- Captain OpticRebels- Co-Captain

Then the banner should be sweet saying OpticRebels, Faith and Honor Held High

We are willing to pay 10mill if its amazing.
