I remember a thread including a fuss about Ram and patch that they are unbalanced, but it was some how worked out that Rams are balanced if your super pro at pvp.
non members can level to 200... *facepalm*. The idea of Member is to be more powerful than every other player that doesn't have member and beat them so it makes you feel good in life.
