v2 has a black border with no glowing effects...well a little bit but idk how to remove it completely...

I used something different, a program called "Ubargen", pretty good for noobs like me.

I think I used that before.
It sorta sucks because you can't really change the color of your text, just the background. I'll keep finding better ones.

Use GIMP.
I can make a step by step tutorial if you wish.
Each layer = a different frame.
Make each frame just a bit different.
Save as .gif and select "Save as animation".
You can play with the options from there.
