Wrong, if you were smart enough to interpret the sound effects created, it's legit.

Actually..I knew this song was familiar: I looked into it and the first time I heard it was in Dance Dance Revolution: Supernova 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1EJvt37Z6k).
Naturally, it was an extremely easy song on there.
Also, on second look into this video, there's ONE time when the right hand seems to 'teleport'.
Just one.
But if you look closer, you do see it midpoint.
And it's short distance, so obviously simple for the human hand to move that fast.
