why i see someone send the weird word character in the chat box? ... r my computer is the problem or wat?

It was just screwed up uni-code.
Obviously korean or some other language or symbol that his computer doesn't understand.

This is not a problem.  They are koreans, just ignore them.  Some of them actually know some english.
