Hy, i cannot creat a bot when i put a name to bot then click ok the menu desapear an its just the fundal pick and the arow and i dont know what to do please help me

the game has some sort of problems right now, it`s laggin, I get dced alot  and  the servers disappear from 20 to 20 minutes or less so try again till you succeed or later.
