Events would help a little I guess, but if you do events on the Low Server then people are going to want events on the High Server as well.
Low server makes you work for what you have.
You have a much lower exp rate (it's been open for 3~ months and only four-five people are above 100, thematic being 141[24/7 grinder] whilst the second highest is ICE[119]) and gigas/coins are harder to make.
Being a member helps in the low much more because of the 20k coins/week due to the significantly lower coin rate.
It took a week for the first person to hit 30.
