If you stop hacking, you will stop getting banned......  Keep hacking and it will be a perm ban.

I know we should because hardly any of these people know to P.M. Redeyes about being unbanned.

I removed it because if hackers break rules, why should they be unbanned.

Everyone deserves a second chance ?  Because if they get caught again then they are just permanently banned anyways.

I don't believe in second chances.

Its a 10 flag system -- they don't deserve an 11th chance.

That is true Optimism, and Allie I'm sure you've had some 2nd chances as well, such as being able to re-open BoutCheetah.

We chose on our own to re-open BC.
It's not a second chance; it's a decision.

That "second-chance" came though when Acclaim was shutting down so they could no longer keep it law suit threat on you though ?

Appeals are made for players that have broken rule(s), not just hacking fits into the category of breaking a rule. While Hacking appeals will show up from time to time, I think it'd be best if we just brought the system back. Alternatively you could just have two seperate forums (one containing hacking appeals and the other containing regular appeals).

My 2 cents.

They couldn't have a law suit because they didn't exist shadow, don't be ridiculous, it's two completely dif kind of things hackers deserve no second chance.
