this comes when i want to play game and i dont get parts for my lvl :S

Turn off your firewall or run as administrator.

I don't think he really needs to re-install.  I just think he needs to turn off his Firewall and Anti-virus and run as administrator.

I already encountered that problem
just put the file to run as administrator and then it's done
