this is about the intro after the game will start

the error will appear then the game will crash

Hello, I would suggest that you re-download the game client, and try again, running as admin.

Do what Redeyes said also be patient no need to triple post.  Also I just checked your flags and I suggest you stop hacking other wise you will be banned.
