My updater updates files that are already installed.Everytime I run the updater, it always updates even bc is in the latest version. Is it a bug or a problem with my PC?

I restarted it twice but still happening? What do I do?

You have to run the client as admin. I would suggest downloading the latest client though.

I'm assuming the problem has been resolved. The creator hasn't replied in 5 days.
