ICE and Robo said Caspa started and you saw that happening. If Caspa didn't do anything though ICE's behavior been totally uncalled for. :/
Caspa also said something to ICE before ICE said "you and your guild fails", however I'm not sure what he said and I'm also not sure if he started this argument, cause I was in the shop at the beginning. Therefore I don't want to judge this because I don't know the full story.
I Joined a room, ice joined and he said "kick caspaa i dont want to play with CC", so i said "when a silence member joins me from now on im kicking them" and i left, thats when he sent that message ...

Staff shouldn't be conducting themselves in such a manner, unless both parties are joking around with each other. However, I doubt this was the case here. We've been sifting through a great deal of staff lately. Eventually, we will find the right group of people to run this forum/game properly.
ICE, next time, just ignore the guy. I'm unsure of the entire situation here, so, ICE should probably step in here and advocate for himself. When he does, I suggest everyone follow the rules. I don't want to have to start warning >.>.
I agree with what your saying Opti, but I don't think he should be off the hook just like that. His actions speak against everything you agree to as a Moderator. People will constantly look for small openings made by staff members to exploite any type of "mishaps" made. How he reacted today isn't an example I'd want being set. I'm not singling out Ice, Sony you did the right thing by reporting it, but there's got to be something that made him react the way he did. I'm not a staff member so it's none of my business. Sorry for getting involved.

@ GM Opt, I went into a room that my guild member was in, I saw there was a CC member in the room, I implied that we don't play with CC members, then 1 of my guild members stated to kick Caspaa. Silence members then left the room, Caspaa stated I fail as a Mod, and left the room.
I did whisper him as a come back, but then Caspaa whispered me more. I told Caspaa if he continues he will be kick for harassment. I don't know what Caspaa said for Mod Neo to warn him, then Mod Iri came trying to question me, I felt no need to be questioned by him.
I didn't know anything of this post until Caspaa whispered to me in the lobby asking me are we cool, I told him I'm not tripping. Sony needs to tell the entire truth or don't post at all. Mod Iri don't know nothing of what happened, also Robo & I never ed argued with Caspaa.
