i suggest to put more admins to unbann the players becose redeyes really cannot cope :-\ :-\

Wrong section, Redeyes is doing fine. Those who deserve to be unbanned (even though they clearly don't) are. Patience.

They deserve to wait, if they get banned it's their fault so they can be patient if they want unbanned for breaking the rules.
