i press start but i wait like an hour and still the client wont come up
Try disabling your anti-virus(s), and firewall(s), then re-download the new client (http://boutcheetah.thenewoutpost.com/client/Setup.exe).
If that still does not resolve your issue, please download Team Viewer (www.teamviewer.com (http://www.teamviewer.com)), and I will be able to resolve the problem for you when I get home from school.
