If you don't connect to another player, that's a problem between the two players, not the server.

The funny thing is this is the ONLY type of game like that. Pretty pathetic on the developers end.

For this game the faster/stronger internet you have the more players you'll be able to connect to. Plus this game ain't like most MMO's are now a days where you can connect to everyone no matter how bad their internet is.
