Title: WTF!?!?! Dozens of Hp Packs and Red Boxes (Nothing Else)!!!???

I was just playing and i notice that every-time i crack open a Mini-Spider-Aid...it spawns like 10 HPs or more & when I Killed the Boss or Mini-Bosses, they Spawn out Red Boxes.
What is Going On?

Yeah, I know. I played a few more quick games to check that it had been fixed and restored back to its normal state. Thanks :)
