Can be interpreted either way. You're saying that Evo is better in your opinion through that, which is a positive comment towards it, imo.
Even if you look at it that it's not a positive comment, there was still no reason for Opti to edit that out.

The rules aren't specific and are open to interpretation so until "we will not promote either server in a way to force players to transition services" is elaborated upon and it's been made clear what constitutes as "promotion," it's Opti's call to make.
This is supposed to be a "welcome back" thread, not a discussion of semantics.
